Hai Phong's main streets are characterized by avenues of Phoenix flower trees. The Phoenix flowers are large, with four spreading scarlet or orange-red petals and a fifth upright petal called the standard, which is slightly larger and spotted with yellow and white. The project site used to be home to Hai Phong's premier imported merchandise markets, known as the 'iron markets'. It was the go-to market for Hai Phong's affluent shoppers.

The project site is well connected via prominent existing roads and streets and linked via Phoenix Flower trees-line riverfront promenades. Views to rivers, lake and park are maximized with the 3 tower arrangement from this bookend block with uninterrupted views of Hai Phong.
