Senior Associate / Singapore

The role will be more management-focussed - to manage the clients AND our internal design teams. The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Organizing and managing project teams and team assignments
• Coordinating with the Client, Operator and external consultants to ensure production of design documents are aligned with design intent
• Managing project timelines and schedules
• Providing technical advice and assistance to project architects during the later documentation and construction stages
• Streamlining internal operations to ensure efficient work, good communication and consistent standard of delivery
• Assisting the Principal/Director in BD efforts, including writing proposals, reviewing contracts and coordinating with internal BD team
• Improving team-level HR processes and resources to help maintain good working culture and staff wellness

Qualifications: someone who has worked in Singapore/SEA but also had some overseas exposure (school, work).
Experienced (12+ years) and energetic and ambitious enough to grow with us.
Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not an absolute requirement.
Lastly, someone who will be a positive influence, work well with the younger staff and promote good team work.
Will prioritize Singapore citizens/ PRs / EP candidates, or someone currently in Singapore and have proper work permits.

Bilingual Architect / Singapore/HCM City, Vietnam

• Must have Chinese and proficient English communication skills.
• Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or above in architectural design or interior design.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial buildings or commercial interiors, and have participated in large-scale commercial or office design projects, from design, deepening to construction.
• Worked in a well-known international architectural or interior design company, with excellent architectural and interior design drawing skills.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, office series software, InDesign, Sketch Up, Enscape, Adobe CS, Revit or Rhino and other software, video editing skills and experience are better.

Architect / HCM City, Vietnam

• Proficient English communication skills are required.
• Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree or above in architectural design or interior design.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in commercial buildings or commercial interiors, and have participated in large-scale commercial or office design projects, from design, deepening to construction.
• Worked in a well-known international architectural or interior design company, with excellent architectural and interior design drawing skills.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, office series software, InDesign, Sketch Up, Enscape, Adobe CS, Revit or Rhino and other software, video editing skills and experience are better.

Architecture and Interior Intern / Shanghai/Singapore/HCM City, Vietnam

• Proficiency in Chinese or English communication is required.
• Candidates are students in architecture design or interior design related colleges.
• For an internship period of more than 3 consecutive months (at least 4 days per week), the company will pay the transportation and meal allowances during the internship.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, office series software, InDesign, Sketch Up and Enscape. If you are proficient in Adobe CS, Revit, Rhino and other software, those who can operate 3D printing equipment and have video editing skills are better.
