Gamuda HH2
Residential | Hanoi | Vietnam | Design Completed
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Service : Architecture Concept
Size (GFA) : 2,150 m²
The Gamuda HH2 Towers are located in a up-and-coming urban district in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Project comprises three 42-storey luxury residential towers and is set to be a prominent feature in the new Gamuda City 1,200 acre mega-lifestyle development with retail centre, lake and Yen So Park. In order to maximize value for the apartments, the towers form a ‘zig-zag’ composition of three linear blocks intended to minimize overlooking apartments and maximize views towards desirable views. The design team strove for sustainable features through ensuring the possibility of naturally cross ventilated public spaces, encouraging indoor-outdoor living, maximizing opportunities for green landscaped sky gardens and smart design for passive climate control. The design intends to introduce resort standard residential complex that lifts the living conditions of its residents as well as creating a commercially and environmentally sustainable and responsible development for the wider community.
